Here we’ll show you how you can sew practical, reusable make-up pads from an old towel and leftover pieces of fabric!
What You’ll Need
- A Towel
- Fabric Scraps
- Scissors
- Thread
- Your Sewing Machine
- A Glass (or anything circular to use as a template)
- Marker Pen
STEP 1
First take your round object – in our case a small glass – and use your marker pen to draw as many circles as you like. Repeat this process both on the towel and your fabric.
STEP 2
Now cut out all of the circles.
STEP 3
Place your fabric pieces onto the towel.
STEP 4
Now you have to attach the materials together to create your makeup removal pads. Play a little with the settings until you find the ideal stitch for you.
Now you have some beautiful, reusable makeup removal pads!
TIP – Wash the cotton pads at 60 degrees to make sure they are clean for each use.
